Dr. Shamim Ara Begum (Hashy)

Dr. Shamim Ara Begum Hashy is a highly accomplished hematologist who earned her MBBS from Chittagong Medical College, followed by an M.Phil in Clinical Pathology from Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University, and an FCPS in Hematology from the Bangladesh College of Physicians and Surgeons. With over 15 years of extensive experience in diagnosing and managing a wide range of blood disorders and hematologic malignancies, she specializes in the treatment of anemia, thalassemia, hemophilia, thrombocytopenia, coagulopathy, and blood cancers such as leukemia, lymphoma, and multiple myeloma. Dr. Hashy also brings significant expertise in bone marrow transplantation, having completed a one-year fellowship in Clinical Hematology and Bone Marrow Transplant at CMC Vellore, Chennai.
