Established in August 2006 beside the serene Gulshan Lake, United Hospital is one of Bangladesh’s largest private healthcare facilities, spanning 450,000 square feet and accommodating over 500 patients. With 12 state-of-the-art operating theaters and more than 30 clinical specialties, United Hospital offers dedicated ‘Centers of Excellence’ in Cardiac, Cancer, Renal, Surgical, Neuroscience, Mother & Child Health, and Critical Care, led by some of the country’s most respected doctors.

Since opening, United Hospital has achieved significant milestones: conducting over 420,000 cardiac investigations, performing 55,000 cardiac procedures, and completing 14,000 heart surgeries with a success rate of 98%. Our renal services have reached 295,000 hemodialysis sessions and completed 39 kidney transplants, while our cancer care services have provided 185,000 radiation therapy sessions. Additionally, our health checkup program has served 196,000 patients.

United Hospital is a pioneer in advanced medical techniques in Bangladesh. It introduced the Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implant (TAVI) for aortic stenosis, houses the country’s only iGS 520 Hybrid Cardio-Neuro Cathlab, and was the first to receive ISO 15189:2012 accreditation for its pathology lab. The Cancer Care Centre is home to Bangladesh’s only Medical Cyclotron, which produces radioactive isotopes used nationwide, and the first TrueBeam Linear Accelerator for precise, side-effect-minimized radiation therapy. Our Renal Centre leads with Hemo Diafiltration and Bioimpedance technology, and our Radiology & Imaging Centre offers the country’s first 3.0T Signa Pioneer Wide Bore MRI.
