ERCP & Stone Extraction (DAROB)

Test Details & Description

ERCP (Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography) & Stone Extraction (DAROB) is a minimally invasive procedure used to diagnose and treat conditions affecting the bile ducts and pancreatic duct, including the removal of gallstones. During the procedure, a thin, flexible tube with a camera is inserted through the mouth, down the esophagus, and into the duodenum to visualize and access the ducts, allowing for the extraction of stones and the alleviation of blockages.
