Jahurul Islam Medical College & Hospital was established with the mission to provide both essential and specialized medical care to people from all walks of life. The hospital began its journey in August 1989 with 250 beds and has since expanded to over 500 beds, offering a wide range of medical and surgical services with state-of-the-art equipment and modern facilities. In its final phase of development, the hospital will house 750 beds, becoming a fully integrated medical center.

Strategically located in Bhagalpur-Bajitpur, the hospital laid the foundation for establishing a private medical college in the region. Its advanced infrastructure, equipped with modern instruments and resources, makes it an ideal environment for medical education, research, and practical training.
