Chittagong General Hospital (also known as Chittagong 250 Bed General Hospital) (Bengali: চট্টগ্রাম জেনারেল হাসপাতাল) is a public hospital located in Chittagong, Bangladesh, with a 250-bed capacity. Since 1959, it has been affiliated with Chittagong Medical College.

The hospital was originally established as a dispensary in 1840 and later developed into a full-fledged hospital on Rangmahal Hill in Andarkilla, Chittagong. This hill has historical significance as part of the Arakani Fort, which was destroyed and set on fire by the Mughal Navy in 1666.
